What sports bra to wear?

Sports bras, like the Shock Absorber, have numbers to them (not the size!) that tell you what form of exercise they're meant for. For example, a 1 sports bra is low impact bra - like yoga. Numbers 4-5 are the highest impact - for running and also basketball. So whatever bra you'll get make sure you get one meant for high impact sports. You don't have to buy an overly expensive bra but I recommend you do invest in a good quality sports bra, they'll offer better support and last longer.
